110° Overlay Compact Blumotion Clip Hinges

For face-frame cabinetry, these hinges are designed with an integral Blumotion damping mechanism for a smooth, soft-closing motion. They are configured to open 110° for overlay applications and can be mounted on doors from 16mm to 22mm (5/8" to 7/8") thick. Easy to install and adjust, they let you fully disconnect the door without having to remove fasteners and without loss of adjusted positions.

A switch on the hinge cup turns the damping feature on or off. A 3/4" × 1 3/8" surface-mounted plate comes with a preset mounting screw; with the plate positioned on the edge of the cabinet face frame, simply driving the screw anchors the plate in place. The plate clips into a bracket, connecting it to a mounting cup that installs in a 12mm (1/2") deep, 35mm (1 3/8" diameter) recess in the door. For optimal performance, a minimum of two hinges should be installed per door (not mixed with other hinge styles). Adjustable ±2mm vertically, ±1.5mm horizontally and +2.4mm/-1mm in depth.

Hinges are available for doors with an overlay of 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8" or 1 1/2". Mounting screws, instructions and bumper pads are included. Hinges priced per pair.
