88K8038 - Slim Stylus Pen Starter Kit
Used to operate touch-screen electronics, a stylus permits greater precision than a fingertip (and won’t smudge the screen). This starter set includes all the components needed (except the wooden blank) for making a slim pen with a built-in 1/4" diameter silicone-rubber stylus at the finial (replacement tips available). A simple design, it operates with a half-twist and requires a Cross-style refill.
The starter set consists of two pen kits in a gold finish, bushings and the required drill bit. Mandrel or shaft sold separately. Use a minimum 1/2" × 4 1/4" blank. Because mishaps can occur during turning or assembly, we offer brass replacement tubes.
