New Series Ballpoint Pen Hardware

With this well-made hardware, you can create an attractive, durable ballpoint pen. High-quality platings yield a crisply detailed, uniform surface and a precise fit between parts, combining ease of assembly with trouble-free function.

Patterned after a classic Parker design, this pen has a plated metal tip, a decorative center band and a domed finial. The gold finish includes small amounts of cobalt and palladium for abrasion resistance. With a 1/2" diameter barrel that is well balanced and easy to grip, the pen operates with a half-twist in either direction to expose the pen tip. It comes with black ink and takes Parker-style refills.

Requires a standard "A" mandrel, a bushing set, an O-size drill bit (according to machinists’ bit-sizing standards) and a minimum 5/8" × 5" pen blank, all sold separately. Because mishaps can occur during turning or assembly, we also offer brass replacement tubes.

We also offer a starter set that consists of two pen kits in a gold finish, bushings and the required drill bit.
