Also called jewelled tinsel, this type of Christmas tree ornament became popular just after the First World War. Ours is hand made from colored tin by a small Canadian tin shop and is exactly like the original.
We offer it as a collection of 24 pieces — six each of blue, gold, green and red. Each piece hangs by a string that lets it twist and turn in the moving air, making it twinkle as it reflects light.
Complete with a reusable storage box to keep the pieces looking their best for years to come. Made of tin-plated steel, each piece is 6" long.
