EV697 - Silicone Cake Strip
This reusable strip easily fits around the outside of metal cake pans, insulating the sides to promote uniform heat distribution for even baking. It helps prevent dried-out edges, cracking and doming that can occur when the cake mixture bakes more quickly near the sides of the pan than in the center.
Made from durable LFGB-approved silicone, it can withstand temperatures to 500°F (260°C) and has a non-stick surface for easy clean-up. Dishwasher safe. Fits standard 9" round and 8" square pans.
