A favorite for holiday baking, Linzer cookies are made from two delicate layers joined with a jam filling. The top cookie has a cut-out that reveals the filling beneath, and the finished cookies may be lightly dusted with powdered sugar.
Made of food-safe tin-coated steel, the five-piece set includes a 4" fluted round cutter for the cookie base and four 2" interchangeable center cutters featuring heart, tree, star and gingerbread person designs. The cutters produce clean edges and uniform shapes.
