If you've ever used a spoon or a piping bag to dispense melted chocolate, you know what a messy and wasteful process it can be. Made in Belgium, this combination melting pot and dispensing funnel makes the process simple. You simply squeeze the handle to release the melted chocolate in a steady, controllable stream exactly where you want it; releasing the handle shuts off the flow instantly.
The removable stirring paddle helps keep the chocolate flowing and ensures very little is left behind on the vessel walls. Feet on the bottom of the dispenser let you set it down without leaving drips or smears. The dispenser doubles as a melting pot for microwave use or you can pre-melt the chocolate through regular stove-top methods.
An included thermometer helps determine when the chocolate has reached optimum temperature. The handle of the included spoon can be used for scraping and its hooked end as a pick. Dispenser holds about 150g (5.3 oz) of chocolate. Dispenser, paddle and spoon are dishwasher safe.
