With the strength and utility of commercial-grade bakeware but sized for home use, this is a first-rate baking pan.

Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, the standard-size 13" × 9" × 2 1/4" deep pan has wire-reinforced rolled edges for strength and rigidity. Ridges on the bottom of the pan allow better heat circulation for even cooking. The baking surface has a non-stick coating made of food-safe, BPA-free silicone.

Made in Pennsylvania by USA Pan, a fourth-generation family-owned business.
