EV688 - 9" Pie Plate
Designed with the strength and utility of commercial-grade bakeware but sized for home use, this pie plate is made in Pennsylvania by USA Pan, a fourth-generation family-owned bakeware company.
Constructed of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, the 9" × 1 1/2" deep plate has ridges on the bottom, allowing air to circulate for even top-to-bottom cooking. Excellent for making sweet or savory pies, it has a generous 1/2" wide rim for crimped or other decorative edges, reducing the risk of dough shrinkage that often occurs with rimless pans.
The baking surface has a non-stick silicone coating (free of PTFE, PFOA and BPA) that releases foods readily and, combined with the plate’s seamless construction, makes for easier clean-up.
