EV151 - Kwik-Kut Food Chopper
This is a surprisingly effective chopper. Used with a brisk chop-and-twist motion, it works as well for mincing boiled eggs and potatoes as it does for dicing tougher foods such as onions, cabbage or even nuts.
Quick to use, it takes only a minute or two to reduce a quartered cabbage into slaw – the longer you chop, the finer the resulting hash.
Only 3 3/4" tall with a 3" diameter scalloped steel blade and a rigid aluminum handle, it is easy to clean and takes up little drawer space.
A pleasure to use. Still made in the USA (as it has been for over 70 years!).
