Three interchangeable needles cover a range of mixtures and cuts. The wide, open-tip needle has an angled outlet for thicker marinades, including mixtures with minced herbs or spices. Two perforated needles distribute liquid along their length: a 5 1/2" needle with multiple ports for larger cuts, and a narrower 3 1/2" needle with dual ports for smaller cuts or more controlled placement.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it has no glass or plastic parts and disassembles for cleaning. Supplied with two cleaning brushes, one for the needles and one for the body, as well as four replacement O-rings. Capacity is 2 oz.
