Each turns smoothly, dispenses quickly and is adjustable for grind size. You can select from a range of fixed settings, from coarse to fine grind, to suit a particular dish or personal preference.
The salt mill mechanism is made of ceramic and has three settings; the all-steel pepper mill mechanism has six. The bodies are transparent, shatter-resistant acrylic with brushed stainless-steel end caps.
Each mill opens from the top, making refills easy without altering the grind setting.
Supplied in a fitted presentation box, the 7 1/4" mills come partially filled with whole peppercorns and coarse salt.
