Like those widely used in hotels and restaurants, this apron can be quickly flipped to present a clean side when the previous one is soiled. A rectangle of durable machine-washable polyester/cotton cloth, it folds in half to create a total of four usable panels, so it can take a lot of use before it's ready for the wash.
The 45" long ties can be secured at the back or wrapped around to tie in front (giving you a convenient spot to tuck a tea towel). Folded, it measures about 17" × 28". Sure to be a favorite of home chefs, it lets you emerge from the kitchen – even after cooking up a storm – with a spotless apron.
