Combination Leather Groover/Creaser

With two interchangeable tips, this is a useful tool for marking leather. The sharp tip cuts a rounded groove to let you recess stitching or to expose the contrasting inner layer of the hide for decorative designs.

The blunt tip burnishes a crease into the leather without cutting into its surface, permitting a more subtle accent, or to define fold lines by pre-scoring them.

It comes with a steel fence that lets you reference the tip up to 1/2" from an edge; the fence can also be removed to use the tool free hand.
