This versatile set covers a range of detail cuts that can be used in a wide variety of projects. Not just for in-the-round and relief carving, they excel at other tasks, from creating precise-fitting recesses for inlay or small hardware to cutting lino printing blocks.

Designed for comfort in extended use, the palm-style ash handles let you guide the blades with your fingertips, permitting excellent control. The set of five tools includes a 1/8" #11 gouge, a 5/16" #6 gouge, a 3/8" #3 gouge, a 1/4" 70° parting tool and a 5/16" skew chisel. All measure about 5" long overall, with 3" high-carbon steel blades (Rc55-58) that take and hold an edge exceptionally well and come fully honed, ready for use. Made in USA.
