Description
Though a simple design, these clamps are effective for clamping any type of miter. They apply pressure right at the toe of the joint to prevent spreading and are virtually the only option for tricky situations such as compound miters or mitered returns in trimwork.
Made from tempered spring steel, they will not develop memory and lose gripping power over time. Their sharpened steel tips pierce the wood for a solid hold, leaving discreet marks that are easily filled. Professional picture framers use them for wooden frames. They are each 3 3/4" long overall and open up to 1 3/4".

While the clamps are easy to apply by hand, using the pliers (available separately) allows you to hold material in position as you place the points exactly where desired, makes removal easier, and minimizes hand fatigue.
