Description

For installing large areas of parquet, laminate or other types of floating floors, this system helps maintain a snug, square assembly as you work, holding your rows firmly together and at a consistent offset from the wall.

Lipped steel plates at either end register on the inside and outside edges of the flooring. At one end, a threaded steel clamp screw drives a pivoting foot that bears against the wall, letting you adjust the spacing in a 2 1/4" range to compensate for irregularities in the wall surface. At the other end, a robust ratchet-strap mechanism applies up to 220 lb of clamping force on the 1" wide woven polyester strap, drawing multiple rows together tightly over a span of up to 25' (7.6m) as you build out from the wall.
