Flat on both sides for shaping flat and convex surfaces, these rasps are hand stitched with coarse teeth (grain 5) on one side and medium teeth (grain 9) on the other. The blades have teeth across their full width and are safe edged, so you can work right up to an adjacent surface without scratching it.
Available in right- and left-hand versions, each with teeth that are set at a slight angle to the handle to align with your dominant arm’s natural movement. Each 10" blade is fastened to a 5" walnut handle with a brass ferrule.
