Description
This 36" × 48" plan is complemented with a detailed and well-written instruction book that contains a bill of materials, a cutting list, jig and fixture plans (where necessary), alternative construction notes and suggested finishing techniques.
The oval-back chair was traditionally used as a side chair, and the continuous armchair complements it well. This chair includes a tailpiece. The bracing spindles make the chair much stronger by reinforcing the bow against the sitter’s weight. When complete, this chair measures 36 3/4" high by 15" wide and 21" deep.
