Description
For adding fine detail to small-scale projects, this professional-quality molding bit can be used with the Veritas plunge base for rotary tools as well as in a 1/4" plunge router or laminate trimmer fitted with a bushing adapter (available separately).
The double-fluted bit has a tungsten-carbide tip that retains its edges and hardness at high temperatures, and is precision ground for a clean cut. A non-stick coating on the body makes resin removal easy. The bit has a pilot guide to control width of cut in freehand use.
