Designed for use on plastics, these premium-quality flush-trimming bits have spiral flutes that draw chips toward the shank, much like a drill bit, leaving a clean, chip-free edge on the opposite face of the work. With built-in guide bearings to follow a template, they cut with a continuous shearing action, which helps follow the template precisely by minimizing chatter. They clear waste efficiently, allowing faster cuts without overheating, and pull the router and workpiece together to help maintain accuracy.
Measurements given are cut diameter by height. The 1/4" bit is 3" long and has a micro-thin protective ceramic coating that provides good lubricity to reduce heat build-up, oxidation and wear. The 1/2" bit is 4" long. Both bits are shanked to size.
