61M0415 - Shapton Lapping Disc
Used wet, the lapping disc dresses a stone face to recondition the surface. Used with light pressure in a circular motion over the entire stone face, it will remove only a small amount of abrasive.
It is grooved on one side and flat on the other; both sides are usable, with the grooved side giving a slightly finer finish. The disc is 70mm (2 3/4") in diameter and 24mm (just shy of 1") thick.
Recommended for use on stones up to 2000x.
