Made in the USA from cast aluminum with a food-safe non-stick coating on the inner surface, it bakes evenly and readily releases the shortbread with all of the crisply defined details intact. About 10 1/4" in diameter and 1 1/2" deep, it has eight raised ribs that make it easier to cut the finished shortbread into wedge-shaped pieces.
