Set of 4 Grohmann Kitchen Knife Blanks

Since 1957, Grohmann has been crafting high-grade knives in Pictou, Nova Scotia. With these full-tang blade blanks, you can make a set of custom kitchen knives.

The set includes blanks for a santoku knife (5/64" thick, 11" overall with a 6 1/4" edge), a chef’s knife (7/64" thick, 13 1/4" overall with an 8 3/8" edge), a bread knife (3/32" thick, 13" overall with an 8" scalloped edge) and a meat-carving knife (3/32" thick, 13" overall with an 8" edge), covering a broad array of tasks in the kitchen.

Made of German high-carbon stainless steel (Rc54-56), each blank comes with four brass rivets (including one spare) that can fasten handle scales made of the wood of your choice (available separately) measuring 1/2" to 5/8" in total thickness (two 1/4" thick handle scales recommended).

Supplied with basic instructions for mounting the handle scales, they let you create one-of-a-kind knives that are both practical and attractive.
