Truing Stone for Water Stones

All water stones benefit from periodic truing to re-establish a flat surface and restore their cutting ability by removing any glazing. This specially designed stone speeds up the process dramatically. Developed using an aggressive silicon carbide abrasive held in a durable hard resin bond, the 9" × 3" × 3/4" stone is longer and wider than most water stones for easy registration, and is grooved diagonally to remove the slurry. Comes with easy-to-follow instructions and a plastic storage case.
