A tidy and efficient option for those who use a cyclone dust separator mostly in one location, this wall-mounted version of the Dust Deputy saves valuable floor space, while offering more convenient disposal than emptying a pail or barrel.
It uses the same cyclonic separator as the Dust Deputy, but with a 3.9 gallon collection bin and a waste bag attached under the cone. When the vacuum is running, as much as 99% of dust and shavings are diverted to the bin before they reach the vacuum, so filters load more slowly and suction loss is minimized. As soon as you cut the suction, the accumulated waste drops from the bin into the bag.
Made of heavy 4 mil thick puncture-resistant polyethylene, the clear bags let you see at a glance when it’s time for a new bag. The 10-gallon bags can be used until they are about two-thirds full, and are easy to dispose of without scattering dust and wood chips.
Includes cyclone with accumulation bin, wall-mounting hardware, a 6' hose with 2 1/4" I.D. fittings, two 2 1/4" O.D. elbow fittings for vacuum connection, and five bags. Replacement bags available separately.
