Widely used by chefs, this 20 3/8" long pin has 3 1/2" of taper at either end with a 13 3/8" center portion that is 1 5/16” in diameter. Though mostly used for pastries, it performs equally well with cookie or pizza dough.

It is easy to maneuver and easy to clean, and allows the user to sense the dough thickness better than handled rolling pins. Its greater length makes it better for rolling large pastries.

Designed and made in Canada from hard sugar maple.
