Our professional/industrial grade bits have tungsten carbide inserts ground on CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines using 600x diamond wheels. Tungsten carbide maintains its hardness at high temperatures and holds an edge far longer than high-carbon or high-speed steels. The bit bodies have a non-stick coating for easy resin removal.

The small rabbeting sets include a 1" diameter by 1/2" high cutter with four interchangeable bearings to allow the cutting of four different rabbet depths (1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16"). Available with a 1/4", 1/2” or 8mm shank. Hex key and bearing washer included.

The large rabbeting set includes one 1 3/8" diameter by 1/2" high cutter with bearings to cut 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2" rabbet depths. Includes a hex key.

The extra-large set comes with interchangeable bearings to cut rabbets of four different widths (9/16", 5/8", 11/16" and 3/4") and because it's bearing-guided, you can use it free hand so you don't have to maneuver heavy material on a router table. It has a 1/2" diameter shank and a 1 7/8" diameter by 1/2" high cutter. Supplied with bearing washers and a hex key.

Each bit includes an advanced polymer friction-fit holder that can be mounted horizontally or upright.
