Again this year, Lee Valley will be using a virtual waiting room for this event. The queuing software will allow us to effectively manage traffic on one of our busiest days of the year.

Shortly before the sale starts, customers on our website will be redirected to a virtual waiting room. Once the event starts, customers will be queued, then let onto the site as system limits permit. We know waiting rooms are not ideal, but on occasion they are necessary to ensure the best possible user experience.
