Standing 16" tall, the standard coffee table height, it is made from solid 1/2" diameter steel rod welded to a 1/8" thick steel plate with five mounting holes, so you can select between screw locations (or use all five for maximum shear strength). The matte-black powder-coat finish is evenly applied, providing a smooth, durable and paintable surface.
