Rosette & Timbale Maker

Quantity:

Swedish rosette cookies and timbales (small pastry shells that hold a sweet or savory filling) are crispy deep-fried delicacies in Northern Europe, and this set allows you to make both.

Made from cast aluminum, it comes with six interchangeable irons – three rosettes and three timbales, each with a different design. The 3" diameter irons twist onto a double-prong handle that allows you to make two rosettes or two timbales at the same time. Making either is fairly simple – dip the irons into your batter (recipe included) and then fry them in hot oil.

Produced in Minnesota by a family-owned business in operation since 1946, this is a well-made tool that will surely inspire a new family tradition.

Hand wash only.

Not available for shipment to Quebec.
