Epicurean Prep Cutting Boards

We really like these cutting boards. In fact, when we gave our staff a version of the smaller prep board as a Christmas gift, it fast became one of the most popular staff gifts we'd ever given. We also received suggestions for offering a larger board as a complement – and that's why we've put together this set that's practical for everyday use.

The small board is a good size for tasks ranging from chopping herbs to fixing snacks, while the larger version is the size you'll reach for during meal preparation. Slim, lightweight and designed with a hand hold to make them easy to grasp and carry, the boards are made from a composite of wood-based paper fiber and resin, giving them the look and feel of wood while adding some distinct benefits. They are nonporous to resist stains and odors, dishwasher safe and NSF approved for food safety.

Like wood, they won't readily dull knives, and will also develop a patina over time. Usable on both sides, the boards are 3/16" thick and heat resistant to 350°F (176°C).
