Manufactured in Italy since 1932, this traditional hand-crank pasta machine lets you quickly roll and cut uniform strands of fresh homemade pasta with ease. Simply feed the dough into the 5 1/2" wide rollers to press it into a thin sheet, then pass the sheet through the removable cutter.

A locking adjustment dial allows the pasta to be pressed into six thicknesses (from 0.5mm to 2.5mm), and a removable extension plate helps guide the dough as it moves through the rollers and cutters. The rollers press the dough into sfoglia, 5 1/2" (14cm) wide sheets that can be hand cut to make dishes such as lasagna or ravioli. The supplied double cutter produces 1/4" (6.5mm) fettucine, a flat ribbon pasta, and 1/16" (2mm) tagliolini, a thinner, more delicate ribbon pasta.

Weighing 6 1/2 lb, the unit has a heavy-duty chromed steel housing, stainless-steel rollers and cutters, and a wooden handle that detaches for storage. The 7 3/4" × 5" base has non-slip rubber feet. An included screw clamp attaches to a kitchen counter or table top for stability when in use. Recipes and multilingual instructions included. Simply wipe clean with a soft brush or dry cloth after each use.
