Garject Garlic Press

You don’t have to get your hands messy when using this tool – it lets you press garlic, scrape it into a pan and discard the peel without touching pulp or juice. It can handle peeled or unpeeled cloves, with a hopper large enough to fit a few at once: the long handles give you plenty of leverage. Once the garlic is crushed, opening the handles slides a bar across the grate, scraping off any bits left behind. You don’t even have to handle the skins left behind in the hopper – at the push of a button, an arm ejects them for disposal.

Made of chrome-plated cast zinc and nylon and measuring 7 1/2" long, this press is an efficient way to prepare a large amount of garlic. Dishwasher safe.
