This dial thermometer gives a temperature reading in about 15 seconds at the point of insertion. Useful for roasts, poultry and barbecued meats, it lets you check food without cutting into it.
The large, easy-to-read dial shows both Celsius and Fahrenheit, with a temperature range of 0 to 220°F (0 to 100°C), and is precisely calibrated within ±1°C.
The dial is just under 2" in diameter, and the 5" probe is made of 18/10 stainless steel. NSF-rated for food safety. Supplied with a protective tube with a pocket clip.
