15N0801 - Lee Valley 4" Combination Square
A convenient size for most benchwork, this 4" square is ideal for checking square as well as many layout tasks.
It weighs only 45g (1.6 oz) and is less cumbersome to use than a larger square. The tool comes to hand nicely, too – the pads of your fingertips and thumb bed comfortably in the rounded recesses in the head, so it's easy to handle for precise work. The knurled locking knob extends clear of the body for easy access.
Milled from tool steel and surface ground, it has a 1/4" thick body, a 2" long 90° reference face, and a 1 1/2" 45° miter face. The 4" rule is graduated in 32nds on one edge and 64ths on the other, with finely etched and black-filled marks for legibility.
