Named a tenon saw because it excels at cutting tenon shoulders, this premium saw is equally useful in other applications where an accurate crossgrain cut is needed, such as dadoes, sliding dovetails, or work with a miter box. Hand made by a small family-owned company in Oregon, it is superbly balanced and finished. With 12 tpi filed to a crosscut pattern, it cuts quickly and leaves a smooth finish. The saw plate is 0.025" thick, and the teeth have 0.008" of total set to give a kerf width of 0.033". Measures 16 5/8" overall with a 12" long by 3 1/16" deep blade made of Swedish spring-steel.
