Mini Dozuki Saw

This item is not available for this region.

If you find this saw irresistible when looking at a photo, just try holding it in your hands. Delicate in appearance only, this mini dozuki is a fully functional saw that just happens to be an approximately 1:4-scale version of its full-size counterpart.

Elegantly crafted for cutting in confined spaces and intricate work, it was designed by a Japanese sawmaker renowned for making saws for shrine and temple carpenters.

The 2 3/8" long, 29 tpi (0.30mm kerf) blade is filed in a crosscut pattern with a maximum sawing depth of just over 1/2” and hardened to Rc52.

The paulownia handle is hand-wrapped with rattan. Made in Japan.

It can also be purchased with the mini ryoba and kariwaku saws as a set of three.
