Greatly streamlining pen-making in bulk, this pen press has a threaded arm to make it easy to precisely set how deeply the transmission is inserted for any kit. The screw threads also provide a mechanical stop to keep the arm from slipping in use, giving you accurate, repeatable results. To make gross adjustments, you can disengage the threads with a quick-release button.
The leverage delivered by the 11" handle lets you assemble pens with minimal effort, and the linear action of the press keeps the force in line with the center axis of the components, preventing the misalignment common to other methods. Made of steel, with a plated steel arm for durability and UHMW pads. The powder-coated steel base is pre-drilled for mounting to a work surface. Takes the guesswork out of making multiples of the same pen kit.
