Description
Designed by a grandfather, this is the best rocking horse design we have seen yet. It is a fairly easy project that doesn't require a lot of machinery or experience, as do some other styles of rocking horses. With the optional "booster" step, it can be used by a wide range of ages.
Fairly simple router work gives it a realistic look without the need to add leather or cloth (except the ears!). Wedge sections give the necessary leg spread for stability and allow you to make the entire horse from 1" lumber. 44" long by 35" high.
