Developed for use on wood turnings, this oil-based urethane finish has a high solids content and builds to a high-sheen film that provides excellent water, chemical and abrasion resistance. It contains urethane resins, which impart an amber hue that deepens the tone of the wood and enhances its figure.
It can be easily applied by hand using a pad, foam brush or bristle brush or as a friction polish for a workpiece mounted on the lathe. Three coats recommended; you can recoat after 24 hours of drying time under ideal conditions. Safe for use on food-contact surfaces, the finish is fully cured after 30 days.
Available in one-quart (32 fl oz/946ml) containers; coverage is approximately 150 sq.ft./qt.
