Designed with the strength and utility of commercial-grade bakeware but sized for home use, these pans are first-rate.
Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, each has wire-reinforced rolled edges to add strength and resist warping. Ridges on the underside allow air to circulate for even, top-to-bottom cooking. The baking surface has a non-stick silicone coating (free of PTFE, PFOA and BPA) that releases foods readily, and the seamless corners make for easier clean-up.
Produced in Pennsylvania by USA Pan, a fourth-generation family-owned business, the pans are available in two standard sizes. The quarter sheet pan measures 12 1/2" × 9", a convenient size, as two pans can fit side by side on most oven racks. The half sheet pan is 17 1/4" × 12 1/4".
