This compact kit combines diamond sharpeners and a simple angle guide to make routine knife maintenance easier. Sized to fit in a drawer, the kit covers everything from quick touch-ups to more significant restoration of dulled or nicked edges.
The included knife-angle setter clamps to the spine of a knife and adjusts to match the desired bevel. It then maintains a consistent honing angle as you sharpen so you don’t have to focus on maintaining the angle by hand.
The kit includes three pocket diamond hones (coarse, fine and extra-fine) that can be used either dry or with water. A tapered diamond round file is also included for sharpening serrated knives.
All components store neatly in the included case.
