One of the earliest hardware catalogs, this W. Bullock & Co catalog (circa 1850) covers an amazing range of cast-iron items. There are 75 styles of umbrella stands, over 100 Gothic latches, knobs and pulls, 64 Gothic hinge fronts, 287 door knockers, 118 door porters (doorstops) and 245 boot scrapers.

It is a marvellous design guide to the house hardware of the late Georgian/ early Victorian era in England. Smyth-sewn softcover, 6" × 9", 180 pages. Reprinted in 2003 as part of our Classic Reprint Series.
