This design was modelled after the original Seth Thomas Office No.2 regulator from the mid-1870s. The dial ring can be made with either a lathe or a plunge router, with a series of set-ups that are described in the instructions. We supply information for sourcing the dial and the movement. When complete, the clock measures 36" high by 15" wide and 6" deep.
Thr 36" x 48" plan is complemented with a detailed and well-written instruction book that contains a bill of materials, a cutting list, jig and fixture plans (where necessary), alternative construction notes and suggested finishing techniques.
