Free standard ground shipping is available within the contiguous United States on orders with a merchandise total of $50 or more before taxes. Gift card purchases do not count toward the $50 minimum.
Additional delivery costs may apply to areas not served by regular ground shipping and will be included in the shipping quote provided at checkout. Shipping surcharges still apply.
Orders can also be placed by phone, fax or mail.
