Cleaning out old raspberry canes can be a tricky chore.
If you use hand pruners, you have to stoop headfirst into the thorns, and loppers are too awkward. That's why we designed this cane cutter with an adjustable handle.
Because the handle can be adjusted to suit your height, you can prune canes while standing upright. To use, just slide the handle out to the length you want and twist it to lock it in position. Then hook the blade around the cane and pull upward. The sharp blade will cut cleanly and easily through the cane.
An unusual but useful tool for pruning as well as clearing small-diameter brush.
