Description
The narrow outlet on this compact weed torch emits a focused flame, ideal for herbicide-free spot weeding in gardens or on walkways. An adjustment valve lets you set the exact flame intensity you want. You need only apply enough heat to shrivel the foliage, which in turn causes the root to atrophy. Depending on the root system and time of year, some weeds may need a second treatment before they perish.
Measuring 33" overall, the 24,000 BTU/hour torch has a non-slip handle and uses a standard 1 lb propane cylinder (not included). It lights with a push-button electronic ignition (battery and comes with a spark striker as a back-up. To be used in accordance with local regulations.
