Item XK550, 20' Pound-In Edging
  • No Trench Required:: Each piece is hammered directly into the ground with a rubber mallet and interlocks with the previous piece — eliminating the trench-and-backfill installation typical of conventional edging.
  • Interlocking System for Continuous Runs:: Pieces interlock end to end to create a continuous edging border; the system extends in any direction and sections can be added later to lengthen the run.
  • Handles Curves and Hills:: The individual piece design makes it easy to curve the edging around plantings or stagger the top level to follow the slope of a hillside.
  • 6 1/4" Wide × 5 1/2" High Heavy Plastic:: Each piece has substantial proportions to anchor firmly in the soil and provide a visible, clean border above the surface.
  • Corner and T-Connectors Included:: The kit includes four 90° corner connectors and four T-connectors for tidy turns and branching layouts without cutting.
  • 20' Borders:: Each kit provides enough material for approximately 20' of installed edging — kits can also be connected in series for longer runs.

The problem with installing conventional lawn edging is the necessity of digging a trench, laying it in, backfilling, etc. With this pound-in edging, installation is greatly simplified.

Each heavy-plastic interlocking piece measures 6 1/4" wide by 5 1/2" high. Using a rubber mallet, you hammer each piece into the ground, interlocking it with the previous piece. Installation couldn't be simpler, and it's easy to make curves and stagger the top level for going up hills (something you cannot do easily with conventional edging).

Enough to make approximately 20' of installed edging. Comes with four 90° corner connectors and four T-connectors. Instructions included.

Made in USA.
