Description
This gauge records rainfall as the water flows through it, so you never have to bother emptying it. It measures to 10,000mm, recording to the nearest tenth of a millimeter. It is easier to set up than an old-fashioned tube gauge – you can mount it on a pole or use the optional universal mounting bracket (available separately) to set it up just about anywhere.
The liquid crystal display is easy to read from up to 10 feet away. One touch resets it to zero and it allows you to track rainfall on any basis you want (daily, weekly, etc.). The unique internal sensor uses no moving parts, and runs on just one AA battery, which is included.
Weighs a scant 10 oz. Size is 4 1/2" × 5". Can also be used to measure sprinkler output, so you know when your garden has enough water.
